I have a very active, 10 lbs, cat who loves to jump, climb, hide, and generally be a cat. This tower has been a great addition to her daily routine.To start with, the assembly was very straightforward and quite enjoyable. While not a real factor, the part were very well packed. All components initially had a slight odor to it, but after a day of airing it out, the smell was gone. Make sure to fully tighten everything, as a loose post early will effect everything later on.As for the tower itself, it is quite sturdy for its height and seems very stable. I have mine in the corner of my apartment, so the two walls help to hold it. My cat has jumped, climbed and generally ran around/through this, and at no time did I feel that she was in danger of it falling. The only potential issue with it is that it seems a bit tricky for them to climb up from the mid-level to the top, but she finds a way to do it.I have had this tower for almost 6 months now, and despite some pretty active play on it, the materials have held up great. Overall, I am very pleased with this cat tower.Big enough for our catsOnce put together tree is fairly sturdy for and active average size cat(s) (10 lbs). The bulk of it itself would be fine for a larger cat (20lbs+) but the highest tower and the bridges would probably not support them.The instructions clarity I’d give a 2/5 as the tree went together fairly easily but steps were missing and items were not clearly labeled.The tree itself arrived damaged with multiple parts with both cosmetic and structural breaks. This may have been caused in shipping, but whoever packaged it was careless. The package itself was barely taped with old cracking masking tape, for 120lbs you’d think they’d use sturdier shipping. The logistics of trying to return it was a nightmare so I just made a trip to the hardware store to fix the problems but again for $300+ and $50 shipping you’d expect a product free of damage.The tree came with all items pictured including the decorative leaves, but I highly suggest disposing of the leaves if you have a cat that likes to chew cords or plastic. They seemed not only an ingestible problem but a strangle hazard.I have had multiple large cat trees for my multiple cats and this is the worst one for the price. Although it is aesthetically pleasing I suggest one of the many other options for your cats.One plus is the the multiple large Sisel rope scratching posts. This is one of the few trees I’ve found that have plenty for cats that like to scratch. Mine love the posts.The instruction is hard to follow, it’s a little confusing. But overall I like it.. my cats loves it.My 4 large cats all like the cat tree. My husband said the instructions were not clear. However, he put it together quickly. The only problem for my cats is that the top shelf is not sturdy. They won’t use it. He ne cat tried and immediately jumped roughly down. The tree looks impressive to me.My cats love their new cat mansion! It was easy to assemble and quite affordable compared to othersimilar structures. We just moved to a new location and this structure made my cats feel right at home. They spend their majority of their time on it and it withstands some rambunctious behavior. My large 17-pound cat loves the basket and my smaller cat enjoys serving as lookout from the top platform. I highly recommend this structure.I honestly regret purchasing this cat tree. The tree cost $184 then had to pay $31 for shipping which was okay only for me to receive this cat tree with no instructions. The diagram was hard to follow the numbers didn't match up. The tree didn't feel firm. Just like other reviews stated my cat felt stuck at the top, barely any space for cat to maneuver. My cat never gets on it. I just tried returning this item and it says i will have to pay another additional $55??? smh this is a scam so now im stuck with a tree i paid $200+ for smh.The cats love it. We are cat lovers so we have several cat trees. The features and style of the cat tree we purchased from CozyCat Furniture looks great in our family room. When our friends come to our house they are amazed at the size and some cats sleeping and others playing, We love it!!
