This is a really lovely set, realistic in what their clothes may have looked like back then. My only complaint is that Mary's head was bowed so low that you can't see her face unless you would put this set up high, like on a fireplace mantel. This was a creative mistake for this particular doll body, as I have seen another where the head was better aliened. The meaning is still all there, so I will keep it.I loved the way they were clothed!!! Absolutely beautiful!!! Colors were beautiful. They looked so realistic. Well worth the money!!! I have been searching for a simple nativity set, most of which are porcelain and lack details. The product came in perfect condition and it looks lovely on display for Christmas.The staff Joseph is holding came broken no way to fix it it was to be a gift I guess I’ll have to keep it myself. Tried to glue it but looks bad 150.00 waistedThis was a gift for my daughter and her husband for their first 1st Christmas as husband and wife. I hope they will enjoy it for many years. It is absolutely beautiful! They loved it, too. They only fragle part was Joseph's staff, which is made from a very slender twig. The top part was broken off. I did manage to glue it back, but dont know how well it will remain intact (thus a 4 star instead of 5 star rating). It was packaged well. I kind of wish I had ordered one for me.For the money payed for it ,I expected it to be nicer, it was a disappointment but maybe I expect too much ....Merry Christmas.....Alice LaneJust received it today.
